One of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants in town, Thao’s Bistro, has decided to close as a precautionary measure. They made the announcement over the weekend citing increasing cases in COVID-19.

They will be closed today until further notice. And when they do reopen, be sure to get your butt over to 1825 S. Broadway for some damn-good Vietnamese dishes.

And another restaurant which planned to open their dining room has also decided to hold off on a reopening date. Mama Nith’s Crawfish located at 604 Topeka will remained closed until further notice.

They have been popular for crawfish and other Viet-Cajun options in Wichita.

Be sure to follow Mama Nith’s Crawfish and Thao’s Bistro on Facebook to stay up to date on their reopening statuses.
