Mark Lotus Leaf Cafe and Cevicheria y botanas la isla as the fifth and sixth restaurants to close after possible COVID-19 related concerns.
Lotus Leaf Cafe made the announcement last week after an employee’s house-guest tested positive for COVID-19. As a safety measure, they have decided to close for 14 days and will be testing all employees.
And then Cevicheria y botanas la isla had an employee who wasn’t feeling well and showed symptoms. So with that, they decided to shut down operations and clean the restaurant. They will open at a late unannounced date.
