Have you ever been to the food truck at 53rd and Meridian called Road Runner Mexican Fast Food?
If you haven’t and live in northwest Wichita or Maize, you’re in for a treat. The food truck which serves an eclectic mix of Mexican food likes tamales, tacos, burritos, and more is set to take over the Subway space at 5255 N Maize Rd.
Owners confirmed the news but were unable to make any additional comment on when they plan to open the restaurant. They did relay the news though that the food truck will continue to operate once the restaurant opens.
