The Cornhole Cave

A new local shop has opened in Wichita that sells all things cornhole along with other yards games. It’s called The Cornhole Cave. They are located at 7220 W. Maple, which is the northwest corner of Maple & Ridge. I’m told that is a temporary location as they intend to move in the future.

If it’s one thing my friends and I love to do is all things yard games. We’ve done many yard games Olympics, tournaments, etc. We love the friendly competition of it and just getting out of the house and hanging out in someone’s yard. Between all of us, we have essentially every yard game known to man and even make up games as we go.

This is where The Cornhole Cave is perfect for us. It’s a great place for all levels of cornhole enthusiasts. They have different boards to purchase and even offer customized options so you can throw essentially anything you want on there.

They have an endless number of bags for all types of players. If you’re looking for competitive dual-sided bags with varying levels of speed or basic bags for beginners and kids, they have them.

Of course, who doesn’t need to accessorize? They have scoreboards to put your drinks on, lights for the board, and anything else needed to enhance the fun.

There’s also an assortment of other games available like ladder golf, life-sized dice, jenga and connect four, spikeball, and Kubb. The items you need to turn your backyard to a yard game paradise, they can get it.

I stopped in briefly to take a look and chat with the owner. He’s also a very active person in the local cornhole community which keeps growing. I’m definitely coming back to get some new bags soon to elevate my game One day, you’ll see me on ESPN.
