Our Christmas party was a hit thanks to Tuffy Ray’s Bakeshop treat box

Shout out to Tuffy Ray’s Bakeshop. I’m huge on get-togethers and believe it’s simply good on the soul. Nearly every December, I like to host a game show night where I re-enact certain game shows and let friends be the participants. It ends up being a night of laughter and gets everyone primed for the holidays. Of course, these get-togethers aren’t complete without food.

I was in charge of the desserts and snacks and opted to try a local bakeshop that’s home-based out of Andover called Tuffy Ray’s Bakeshop. I’ve seen their work on Facebook and Instagram and was quite impressed. In the past, they’ve posted treat boxes that looked wonderful and perfect for any gathering.

Here’s an example:

So, I reached out to them via Instagram. Sidenote: They do have a linktree with all their important links. I let them know the idea of the gameshow and they asked all the right questions that any bakery would ask like allergies, schemes, types of snacks wanted. Except for me, I wanted to avoid making any decisions.

Tuffy Ray’s Bakeshop had complete control in what was going to be made. All I wanted was a delicious snack box that would be perfect for a group of people, and they came through. This big box easily fed around twenty people.

Everything inside was snackable treats that people could snack on throughout the night. It included:

• Jumbo loaded s’mores cookies
• Pumpkin bread
• Caramel krispy bar
• Tuffy’s pantry mix – a sweet and salty blend mixed with a cookie butter ganache and tossed in powdered sugar.

Probably the most loved item within the treat box was the caramel krispy bar. I’m not sure (and I’m definitely not judging), but believe somebody packed a plate full of them to take home. My personal favorite was the pumpkin bread which I could have snacked on all night.

And in case you’re wondering, the treat box paired perfectly with everyone’s alcoholic drinks all evening long.

Within 15 minutes of the box being opened.

The owner was so easy to work with and I loved that I could just give her a general idea and let her run with it.

Happy Dining,
Eddy
