Health Reflexology

I’m going to let you all in on a little secret. When I’m in need of a quick back massage on short notice and can’t schedule an appointment at one of my regular spots, I go to Health Reflexology inside Towne West Square. It’s a very affordable option for those needing a back or foot massage on the go.

They usually aren’t too busy so I’m able to get in and out fairly quickly. I usually swing by about once every other month. It’s great to get the knots out of my back after having to bend down and pick up my daughter’s toys every single night.

They have a few options. You can either get a table massage where you lie on a table to get a massage, a chair massage where you’re sitting down and then a foot massage. I’ve done all the options and usually my preference is a table massage. Prices for that run between $12-48 for anywhere from 10 to 40 minutes.

The staff who work at Health Reflexology are incredibly nice and do an outstanding job. I won’t lie, I have fallen asleep a couple of times.

Every time I tell someone that I had to go to Towne West for something, they ask why, and it’s typically because I just received a massage at Health Reflexology. No regrets over here, it’s worth every penny.

Health Reflexology is located at 4600 W. Kellogg Dr. inside of Towne West Square. They are open during regular mall hours, which is typically under at least 8 p.m. during the week at 6 p.m. on Sundays.
