Eastern Gate
Unbeknownst to many, a new grocery story has opened at 3700 N. Woodlawn Blvd. Eastern Gate specializes in Mediterranean food.
While it may look small, Eastern Gate carries plenty of items that aren’t commonly found around town. Those looking for fresh and frozen Halal meat have another option in Wichita. They carried fruits, vegetables, drinks, desserts, rice, meats, and more.
If you love them on Facebook, they do an incredible job of displaying what’s available at the store.
I stopped by briefly because I heard they had a restaurant inside, but was told it wouldn’t be ready for a couple of months.
When I heard word of the restaurant opening, I’ll be sure to return ASAP. Until then, check them out on Facebook or drop by the store to show them some love.
