Stroot Lockers
I was out in Goddard one morning and decided to swing by Stroot Lockers. It’s been forever since I last had their beef jerky and had to get my hands on some.
They had three different bags of jerky available: regular, teriyaki and jalapeno. The gentleman working the counter said the regular was the most popular, followed by the jalapeno, so those are the two I went with.
7 oz. bags of jerky were $11.06.
Both were fantastic; meaty, nice level of saltiness, with a solid piece of jerky in the bag. They weren’t dinky; good thick pieces. You could tell it was made with some quality beef. The jalapeno was my favorite of the two, simply because I loved the heat it provided, which wasn’t so overbearing. We thoroughly enjoyed it and now have to find a reason to return to Goddard for more.
