I’m going to start working on a summer camp guide for parents this year, and one of the first ones that I came across was something I’ve never seen before. Let’s Go Build at 2684 N. Greenwich Road has released dates and times for their summer camp program, which is a Lego building camp.
Here are the details for the camp, which can also be found here:
Beat the school vacation blues with a Let’s Go Build LEGO® Building Camp! Kids between the ages of 6 and 11 can spend their vacation time building fun Minecraft and Jurassic Park worlds while learning about the world of engineering.
Under the guidance of experienced teachers, our LEGO®-based camps give kids the chance to apply real-world STEM concepts as they build their own creations.
We provide all the supplies and equipment needed to keep the interaction and discovery flowing. The pace is fast, and the action never stops at our LEGO® camps, with plenty of games and play time. Kids are guided and taught by experienced and fully screened staff. We’ve designed a camp structure that combines model building with free-play sessions that encourage kids to unlock their imaginations!
The Lego Building Camp is a 5-day program and costs $99. There are four camps to choose from and if they are like any other ones around town, they will sell out fast.
Those interested in getting their kids signed up can head over to Let’s Go Build’s website: letsgobuildusa.com/camp/
