According to Wichita State’s latest press release, a new Jersey Mike’s Subs is set to open Wednesday, July 12 in WSU’s Braeburn Square at 4521 E. 21st St. N.
The latest store will have a different franchise owner from the three others around town.
Wichita’s newest Jersey Mike’s franchise location is one of seven dining establishments in the lakeside retail plaza, including Fuzzy’s Taco Shop, Sesame Mediterranean Kitchen, Social Tap, Sungrano Pizza, Wheatly’s Burgers and Two Hands Corn Dogs who is set to open later this month.
Diners can order in person at the restaurant or in advance using the MyMike’s app for mobile devices. Rewards and special offers will also be available on the app. The restaurant will be open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
