Paris Banh Mi, a Vietnamese sandwich franchise, is coming to Wichita.
The new restaurant, which serves Vietnamese sandwiches along with a full line of coffee and bubble tea, is rumored to be opening not just one, but two locations in Wichita.
Paris Banh Mi’s first location will be in west Wichita slated to open next year. Sources haven’t confirmed exactly where in west Wichita, though.
It could very well be a nice addition to the west side of town which isn’t saturated with Vietnamese restaurants or places to get a banh mi which is the restaurant’s signature offering.
There are roughly 22 locations around the country, with the nearest in Edmond, OK. Another location has been announced by the chain for Kansas City, MO that is expected to open this month.
Wichita’s location hasn’t been confirmed yet by Paris Banh Mi, but stay tuned for more information.
