The Elite 8 Shops for Wichita’s Most Liked Coffee Tournament

Our social media venture to find Wichita’s Most Liked Coffee is ready for the Elite 8 round. The tournament bracket featured 32 shops around town with three goals in mind:

• Introduce you all to the incredible number of options many of you may have never heard of.
• Use this platform of Wichita By E.B. to help give some exposure to places that rarely get love elsewhere.
• Have a little fun in the name of coffee.

The past two weeks, readers had their chance to vote on matchups via Facebook.

REMEMBER, the results of this post don’t necessarily mean they are the best coffee, but more of which place has the most online support, thus Most Liked. Like all votes, it’s really just a popularity contest, but one I hope you can all have fun with. This all comes down to social media support on Facebook, where the voting will be held. In the end, I hope you can find some new coffee options you may have never heard of or tried! And just like the previous bracket, I will not be voting in any bracket. This will be left strictly to the general audience.

I do have ONE REQUEST. When you vote, ask yourself if you’re voting for what you truly feel is the BEST COFFEE, or if you’re just voting to support said place based on other reasons. It’s up to you what criteria you consider for the best coffee; this isn’t rocket science. Just have some fun. Obviously, there is no way to regulate it but I just wanted to throw that out there.

Starting this week, you will find a poll featuring matchups on the Wichita By E.B. Facebook page to vote for your favorite.

Below you’ll find which shops advanced to the Elite 8! Voting should get pretty exciting from here on out as we find out who advances to the Final Four! I expect to see some good coffee debates.
