While out Christmas shopping, we decided to stop by one Mexican restaurant we haven’t been to in years, El Patio Cafe. They are a small little family owned Mexican restaurant right off of Central.

Inside the place is very quaint but still has a lot of character.
On our visit, they even had little Christmas decorated chip containers. The salsa there was addictive. It was a little on the runny side but still delicious; not spicy at all. We plowed through multiple bowls of it.
For lunch, we ordered a couple different dishes like the enchiladas and burritos. Unfortunately a brain fart prevented me from getting all the pictures so hopefully one will do.
We were both highly impressed with the food. The enchiladas were phenomenal. They were packed full of beef with a delicious flavorful sauce poured over the top of them. The burrito was no laughing matter either. It was like two meals in one. It was a lunch that made us one to stop our Christmas shopping and head home to nap.
We had no problems with the service either. The ladies there were all so sweet and helpful. Since we were in the Christmas spirit, we secretly paid for everybody’s meals inside the restaurant that day. The kindness of our server was infectious and we wanted to pay it forward. This might have to be a tradition we do every year.
Happy Dining,
Eddy
