New restaurant alert!
The owners of Da Cajun Shak and Da Chicken Shak & More are opening a new restaurant out south next week. The second location of their chicken concept, Da Chicken Shak & More is set to open Monday, January 7 at 11am.
This new location will be at 1112 W. 31st St. South, near the northwest corner of 31st and Seneca. You can expect the same hours and menu as their original location. They will be open Monday thru Saturday 11am – 8pm and closed on Sunday.

We went to the “Da Cajun Shak” a couple of years ago (on 21st street). Their ad said that they were open until 8:00 pm. We arrived at 7:31 pm….there was a sign on the door that said they would not take any new customers and the door was locked…..this is absolutely ridiculous. These people are idiots to turn paying customers away so early….we have NOT been back….to hell with their 2nd location….too bad for them…
