One of the popular west side restaurants will soon be opening out east. Poke Mix is now aiming for a May 31 grand opening.
Construction on the second location has been going smoothly. Once it’s complete, 21st and Webb will soon have a Poke Mix of their own. It will be located in front of Opti-Life where a second Andy’s Frozen Custard will be opening as well. Word is a Mexican restaurant will also be popping up in the area also
Expect some additions to the east side Poke Mix like a drive-thru and the addition of coffee and boba. One of the big ones is a patio to enjoy the summer evenings. Of course the same poke you’ve come to love will also be there.
