ABOUT THE OWNERS
Dan – 27 years in the restaurant industry, 17 years as Head Brewer at River City Brewing in Wichita. Husband/Father/Never stops grinding. Becky-parents are entrepreneurs and that was instilled in her DNA from birth. 17 years of bookkeeping and accounting experience, graduate of Friends University with a business management degree. Helped start the adult student mentoring program at Friends. Wife/Mother/Genius (that’s coming from me, her husband)
ABOUT THE BUSINESS
We operate as a brewery that offers a full service restaurant and live music venue that caters to all walks of life. We designed our menu to be fun and filling, made with the best possible ingredients, made from scratch, and with love. We offer hardcore sandwiches, funnel cakes, soups, salads, a variety of apps, and a rad kids menu!
WHY THE BUSINESS WAS STARTED
To teach our kids what hard work and dedication can get you in life. We started this business to ultimately provide a better life for them and hopefully show them opportunities aren’t given, they’re earned.
