Banh Mi grazing boxes from The Grazing Duo are perfection

I’ve been seeing pictures of these grazing boxes and charcuterie boards from a home-based business called The Grazing Duo on Instagram. They’ve all caught my eye and has been high on my list to try.

At the moment, they are only on Instagram. Orders are placed by messaging them on their Instagram page. They offer different types of charcuterie boards and grazing boxes but of course I had to go with their Banh Mi grazing box. I love the Vietnamese sandwich and thought it would probably make for a great option to order.

The boxes come in two sizes. Regular for $25 which feeds 3 people and a Large for $45 which feeds up to 6 people. I went with Regular with the intention of saving it for Thanksgiving. I sent my message over, placed my deposit via Venmo and let them know the time I needed the box. The pickup was located just south of the Douglas Design District.

The Banh Mi grazing box had all the smells of a Banh Mi. I struggled to drive the speed limit as I wanted to get home as quick as possible to graze with my duo at home.

I arrived home and opened the box immediately. I was asked, “I thought we were saving this for later?”

Sorry. How could you wait for this?

Everything needed to graze over a miniature banh mi with your loved ones was included. There were little baguettes, pickled daikon and carrots, jalapeños, cucumber, ham, pate and more.

The Grazing Duo put together a little video on their Instagram page called “How To Banh Mi” which walks you through the process of putting one together.

Every bite was amazing! They did a great job of offering banh mi flavors in a different presentation. We loved the originality and simplicity of it and the fun of putting it all together. Visually it was very appealing. My only regret was not saving this for others to get their reaction.

…..actually I have zero regrets. Not all things need to be shared.
