ABOUT THE OWNERS
I was born in Guanajuato, Mexico. I came to the U.S at the age of 10 and graduated from Wichita North High School in 2000. At the age of 15, I discovered my passion for food while working at Jimmies Diner. For the next 20 years I gained food knowledge working for different chefs and restaurants around town. Some of those restaurants were The Olive Tree Bistro and Chester’s Chophouse.
ABOUT THE BUSINESS
We are a fast casual restaurant that serves gourmet style tacos. We originally started with a food truck before expanding to three locations in Wichita.
WHY WE STARTED THE BUSINESS
Following a life long dream i decided to open my business in june of 2016. I have always had an entrepreneurial mindset since a young age. At the age of 22 I decided I wanted to open a business by the age of 35.
THE MENU
MOST POPULAR ITEM
Our most popular items are of course the street tacos. Our top 3 sellers are the Bam Bam Shrimp, Carne Asada and the $1 Al Pastor tacos we offer on Fridays. The Al Pastor is cooked on a live fire vertical spit which adds a great caramelization to the thinly sliced marinated pork meat.
