You may remember Rachel’s Kitchen that used to be located at 818 N. Mosley Road. The restaurant closed in late 2018 and the space was taken over by Wichita Fish Co earlier this year.
The owner of Rachel’s Kitchen will soon be opening a restaurant called 750 Soul at 4601 E. 13th St. in a space that used to be Miller’s Bar-B-Que and Froggar’s BBQ.
750 Soul restaurant plans to serve southern soul food along with vegetarian soul food dishes. The plan was to open the restaurant sometime this year but obviously many 2020 factors took place and they are now hoping to have the restaurant open after the holidays.
I remember enjoying Rachel’s Kitchen and look forward to their opening which could make for a perfect pre-game dinner before Shocker basketball games in 2021 if fans are allowed back in by that time.
