Located on the lower level of the Ruffin Building is a new cafe that serves sandwiches, wraps and vegan baked goods from NiceBites Bakery. After all, it’s owned by NiceBites. Introducing Poppies Cafe. We dropped in to get a quick look at what diners can expect on their visit.

Poppies Cafe serves as a quick eatery for employees inside the Ruffin Building, but it’s also open to the public.
They are open for breakfast and lunch, so their menu features smoothies, lunch bowls, sandwiches, wraps, salads, and simple breakfast staples to serve both needs while they are open.
Poppies Cafe also serves as another touchpoint for NiteBites Bakery which originally started off as a home-based business, but has since grown to sell their vegan baked goods all over town and different shops. Many of their pastries run between $3-6.
If you want a quick snack, I highly recommend the superfood cookie. Pictured next to it is their vegan cinnamon muffin.
