Opticology Eyecare

Often times, I’ll get emails from people who have recently moved to Wichita asking questions like where to go for this or whom to go for that. One of those questions is if I have an optometrist that I’d recommend. The person I’ve been going to for years to get my eyes checked is Dr. Greyson Barger with Opticology Eyecare. It feels like I’ve been seeing Dr. Barger and his fantastic staff forever as have many of my friends.

Late last year, they recently moved to 8677 E. 32nd St. which is east of Rock Road. Their new space is much bigger to provide ample room for their growing clients, parking and just a better area to provide eye care.

I get it, for the most part, we all dislike doing anything medically related, especially as we get older, and our bodies break down more and more. Dr. Barger and his staff make the whole process of getting your eyes checked relaxing and comforting.

They cover the entire gamut of comprehensive eye exams, pediatric eye health care, myopia control, eye disease treatment, contact lenses, frames, sunglasses, emergency eye exams, you name it.
