1 Million Cups | April 20
Where: Groover Labs
1 Million Cups is a free, weekly national program designed to educate, engage, and connect entrepreneurs. Every Wednesday morning at 8:45 a.m., one or two early-stage startups present their companies to a diverse audience of their peers, mentors, educators, and advisors.

Lynn Avants at The Cowboy Inn | April 20

The Anniversary Film Series is our monthly series of films celebrating a major anniversary. Films are screened at 7pm one Thursday a month.

Fill A Bag Sale | April 23
Where: The Women’s Network
We are hosting a huge sale of women’s clothing. Customers can fill a bag for $30 full of name-brand clothing. We will have shoes, handbags and accessories for sale as well! We have a HUGE selection of gently-used to new professional, casual and formal clothing. All proceeds go towards helping women survivors of domestic violence. We have two programs within The Women’s Network, our Domestic Violence Transitional Employment program and Dress for Success. Women that have been in a DV relationship join our employment program to regain lost skills and receive therapy with case management. Within Dress for Success, ANY self-identifying woman can receive FREE work clothes if they are reentering the workforce or simply need clothing for their job. All proceeds from our sale will go towards supporting these programs and soon to expand to the surrounding counties!
