As of this June, an ownership change took place at Bagel Haus. With that, a rebranding took place as they are now Bakers Haus. Much of what people loved at Bagel Hus remained the same, but they added more to the menu in terms of baked goods and drinks.

90% of the time, I always use the drive-thru, but this time I went inside to order.
Bagels were calling my name.
I opted for The Lox because it’s a must on every visit, along with a jalapeno bagel and pumpkin spice bagel.
As for the bagels, the jalapeno was good. There was a slight, noticeable bit of heat in each bite. Enough to notice, but not so much that it was overbearing. I love pumpkin spice anything and as much as I wanted to rave about this, it was a little underwhelming. I want to say they went a little heavy on the spice seasoning or something, that it took away from the whole bagel. It left a strong aftertaste as if you just chugged an entire can of pumpkin spice seasoning.
The Lox and jalapeno bagel were still worth it, though. I’m in the area quite a bit, so I’m sure I’ll be back to try some of their baked goods outside the bagels.
