There’s a bakery who originally started as an in-home operation before finally opening their own location. Magnolia Sweet Shoppe can now be found inside Towne West Square. While much of their operation has been catering and specialty orders, having a storefront has given them another footprint to show people what they can do.

During my stop at Magnolia Sweet Shoppe, I had what was one of the best lemonades in recent memory. I loved the bits of strawberry inside and how fresh everything tasted.
That was followed by more delicious treats, where we had a couple of cupcakes and an assortment of different cookies.
The macadamia nut cookie and red velvet cupcake were my favorites. In reality, everything was great, but those two stuck out the most. I’m not a big frosting guy, but loved Magnolia Sweet Shoppe’s. And the cookie was oh-so soft and tasty.
It was a great haul of treats that the rest of my family enjoyed as well.
I know going to the mall may not be people’s first choice when going out for sweets, but if you happen to be in the area, I truly believe Magnolia Sweet Shoppe will be worth a stop.
