When news came out that the Hardee’s locations in Wichita closed, it was only a matter of time until something new snatched up some stores, especially those in high traffic areas.
While it hasn’t been officially confirmed, I have heard from multiple sources that the 1320 N. Tyler location already has a new restaurant in the works.
Last week, we announced that Paris Banh Mi was coming to Wichita. The word going around town is the Vietnamese sandwich chain will take over the west side Hardee’s location with plans to open in 3–4 months, which will likely take place in early 2024.
As I mentioned earlier, nothing is officially confirmed and plans can always change from day to day. But the way things stand currently, Vietnamese food is headed to the intersection of 13th and Tyler.
