First Look at Bubl Works in Valley Center

Bubl Works

You may have seen the little mobile food truck out around town before. After some success, the mobile boba tea truck, Bubl Works, graduated to a brick & mortar space in Valley Center. Located at 108 N. Ash Avenue, they are Valley Center’s only bubble tea shop.

Bubl Works sells a wide variety of cold drinks, including milk teas, fruit teas, slushies, smoothies, cold brew coffee, lemonade, milkshakes, and more. There’s also a small selection of snacks that include pretzels and vanilla soft serve ice cream.

While I’m not huge into boba and milk tea establishments, I figured I should still stop by, place an order and just share it on my blog, so people are aware of this additional option. There may be some huge boba lovers out there that read the blog, and I can’t leave them hanging!

Since I love all things strawberry, I had the strawberry cheesecake drink, which I must say tasted just like strawberry cheesecake. This was a dangerous drink, in terms that I probably could have guzzled down a gallon of it.

I also saw a sign advertising Philly soft pretzels. It looked tempting so I ordered that as well.

Unfortunately, mine didn’t come out exactly looking like the advertisement and was in dire need of salt like the picture above. The pretzel was soft as advertised, but I would have loved that salty goodness spread over the top.

…And that was my visit to Bubl Works in Valley Center. I’ve actually been to their little truck when it used to be parked on Amidon, so this wasn’t exactly my first experience with it. The drinks I’ve had, I’ve enjoyed. So if you’re on the hunt for boba and up north in or near Valley Center, then Bubl Works is something to put on your radar.
