Beemer & Freeman Craft Barbecue
There’s a home-based business in town called Beemer & Freeman Craft Barbecue. It’s been on my radar for some time and unfortunately, just haven’t had an opportunity to check them out.
The local business actually has a food truck they plan to roll out soon, but until then, all orders can be placed on their website: bfcraftbarbecue.com.
All orders placed online can be scheduled for pickup which is near the Delano part of town.
Their menu features handmade smoked sausage which sells out fairly quickly, assorted sides, brisket, pulled pork, ribs and more.
I placed an order for a slab of ribs, jalapeño slaw, and brisket for Super Bowl Sunday. As mentioned earlier, most of their smoked sausages were sold out except for the Red Rock Mango Habanero one. Given the audience of the party I was attending, something fiercely hot wasn’t the most ideal option for them.
So I kept it fairly simple and my total came up to around $80 and was ready right at the time I scheduled pickup.

Seriously, everything was excellent. The brisket was some of the most flavorful, tender meat I’ve had in this city…. I kid you not. Everyone who had a bite was loving it. The moment I picked up a slice and placed in gently into my mouth was pure bliss. You ever put food in your mouth and just let it sit there so you can savor the moment? That’s precisely what I did.

The ribs and jalapeño slaw were also fantastic. Not a single complaint or criticism from those at the party.
I felt like what I ordered was just a glimpse of Beemer & Freeman Craft Barbecue. The reviews of their sausage have been positive, so I need to get my hands on that soon.

Happy Dining,
Eddy

Looks to me like they need to work on the website and inventory.
