While attending a concert at The Cotillion, there’s one awesome option for food I highly recommend. It’s Nancy’s A-Maize-N Sandwiches. Many of you are probably familiar with their restaurant located on north Maize Road. Well, they also have a little pop-up set up inside The Cotillion during events.
After multiple drinks, some of us started to get hungry, so we walked to the back of The Cotillion where they were set up. We went with the chicken sandwich and one of the most popular sandwiches in town, Nancy’s #8 which includes turkey, bacon, cream cheese, white-American cheese, lettuce, and tomato topped with creamy Italian dressing and Parmesan cheese on a grilled onion hoagie.
No lie and it wasn’t the alcohol talking, but they were some of the best sandwiches I’ve had in town. The bread was A-Maize-N so to speak, incredibly soft but with a crispy exterior. It was picture perfect. And if that wasn’t enough, each sandwich had plenty of filling. Subway calls their employees sandwich artists, but Nancy’s is like Pablo Picasso compared to them.
The Nancy #8 is easily a top ten sandwich in town. The creamy Italian dressing with Parmesan spoke to my heart. It was a great compliment of flavors to go along with the turkey and bacon. The sandwich alone makes me want to attend every event at The Cotillion.
Whether you’re at The Cotillion attending an event or visiting their restaurant at 5125 N Maize Rd Maize, you will not leave unimpressed. Everything is wonderful.
