While in Park City one morning, I decided I needed some breakfast and happened to be by Goyo’s Mexican Fast Food. It’s a locally owned restaurant that I’ve been to many times. But since I don’t live or work in the area, it’s not a place I’ve been to in a while, so dropped by to show them a little love. What I really did was show my taste buds some love.

I was feeling a breakfast burrito, so that’s precisely what I went with. For $6.50, they brought this monstrosity to my table.
But that picture doesn’t do it justice. How about this one?
There might have been my weight in steak, egg, and chorizo. Usually, I can’t eat an entire breakfast burrito that looks to be the size of my thighs, but I did this time. Eating so much food for breakfast typically isn’t ideal because I’m stuffed and tired the rest of the morning, but there were no regrets here. Halfway through, I couldn’t stop myself, even though I was getting full. It was too delicious to stop. Seriously, my mind was telling me no, but my body was telling me yes.
It was enough food that I didn’t even bother with lunch. For $6.50, it was quite a steal.
And that’s not even the best part about Goyo’s Mexican Fast Food. The owners there are simply fabulous and the type of people, you want to continue to support.
Here’s their menu:
