First Look at Adamari’s Creations

Adamari’s Creations

Sometimes, I drive around Wichita to see what restaurants or food trucks may have quietly popped up. On a recent drive down north Broadway, I came across Adamari’s Creations. It appeared to be a little dessert themed truck parked next to Tacos El Compadres at 20th and Broadway.

The food truck offered mostly desserts such as churro cheesecake bites, flan and mini pancakes. They did have other treats such as elote and cups of fruit.

While I wasn’t feeling dessert, I had to order something to get a brief look at Adamari’s Creations. I decided to go with the 15 mini pancakes, which came with two toppings and one drizzle. I asked for strawberries and bananas and a chocolate drizzle.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, and this was what I arrived home with. It was literally 15 miniature pancakes about the size of a half dollar, drizzled with chocolate and topped with strawberries and bananas. I didn’t know if the menu item was precisely what the name of the dish was. Sometimes, restaurants and food trucks put on a different spin.

Not with Adamari’s Creations, 15 mini pancakes literally meant 15 mini pancakes.

The pancakes tasted just like pancakes, fluffy and soft. The drizzle dried a bit on the drive home, but everything else was fine.

Overall, it was a simple dessert but an affordable one as well. This is the kind of food truck that would do well at a rally around town.

I wasn’t able to get their hours or days of operation, so you’ll want to follow them on Facebook to see where they’ll be at next.

  1. Clearly they didn’t have street tacos or you would have ordered them like you do at EVERY Mexican eatery… Come on man…. Expand.
